In 2023, Nathalie Phan and Stephanie Robalino launched RODEO after nearly two decades leading communications at enterprise-level and Fortune 500 companies including Google, Cognizant, Warner Bros., Tripadvisor, and SHI International.
Across those organizations, they saw the same pattern: internal communications teams stretched too thin to effectively support individual business units. The result was misalignment, confusion, and dysfunction that slowed execution and eroded trust.
